What should I do if I'm charged twice for my booking?
There are different scenarios in which it will falsely appear that you have been charged more than once:
If you have made multiple payment attempts, you may see these charges reflected on your bank statements. They will be removed automatically, usually within a day, though this depends on your banking institution.
Additionally, a single flight purchase may be split into multiple charges. For instance, if you book a trip for two people for 205 USD, you may see the following charges on your bank statement:
- 100 USD (ticket 1)
- 100 USD (ticket 2)
- 5 USD (agency fee)
It is also possible that you accidentally made a double reservation and have been charged twice as a result. To resolve this issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
